Join us for an engaging event organized by TWIN4DEM on how technology can help address the challenges facing modern democracies.
The TWIN4DEM project brings together 11 European partners to prototype digital twins of political systems in Czechia, France, Hungary, and the Netherlands. Using techniques like natural language processing and simulation models, the initiative investigates democratic decline, assesses policy impacts, and considers ethical and societal implications.
Join us for live demonstrations and experience a firsthand look at the transformative potential of digital twin technology in addressing democratic challenges. The event is a great opportunity to connect with experts, researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders to foster collaboration, exchange ideas, and drive innovation.
Our distinguished speakers include Clara Egger, Co-Principal Investigator of TWIN4DEM and expert in social and behavioral sciences; our Executive Director at ECDA Marcel van Oosterhout; Giangiacomo Bravo, Professor of Computational Social Sciences at Linnaeus University; Maaike Harbers, a leading expert in AI and society at Hogeschool Rotterdam, and Erika Nika – Project Manager and Communications Expert at DBC Diadikasia. Together, they will provide unique insights and spark thought-provoking discussions.
