Why shouldn't an AI-based system have a certain degree of personal independence in order to be placed in the service of society? How can Germany now develop new business models that work on the basis of a controlled handling of data, but at the same time also provide incentives for innovations? And what role do geopolitical and power-political issues play in connection with the possession of data - especially and currently related to the corona pandemic. How can we advance the construction of a decent data economy and what models of a new democracy can we think of?
