  1. Kick-off: we introduce the maturity model and the exploration, will you join us? 
  • Information session for participants: we will discuss further about how you can best approach this. And we make agreements about the mutual exchange of information. This meeting will take place on April 2 from 10 am to 11 am via Teams.
  • Self-assessment: you work within your institution to do a self-assessment 
  • Feedback: we discuss the results and experiences with each other. And we will discuss possible next steps.
