The value of this industry is expected to be $247 Billion by 2022. Chief Data Officers are the new center of attention, continuous artificial intelligence is taking over more and more business systems, machine learning is still in focus and Internet of Things connected devices will arrive at 75 billion devices in 2025. Digital transformation as IoT, Infrastructure as a Service, Artificial Intelligence and machine learning is taking care of big data and pushing it to regions inconceivable in mankind’s history.

On the 27th of May 2021, MAEUR is organizing the first ever Data Conference! This year’s theme will revolve around ‘dare to data – go beyond ones & zeroes’. Data is something that might seem frightening at first, but there is no need to hold back. Don’t be afraid, but instead dive in to see what the future entails.

Our goal is to connect you, exceptional marketing and data students, with leading companies in the field of data science to gain new insights on this hot topic. This year’s event will revolve around the capabilities, opportunities and possible obstacles of data. How can companies use data to target their customers in the most effective and successful way? The event will include presentations, interactive workshops and a career fair, all focused on data strategy, analytics and marketing. The Data Conference is accessible to all students, no matter what background you have or which study programme you follow!

The event is €5 for MAEUR members and €7.50 for non-members.
