En hoe begrijpt een computer wat er op een foto of video te zien is?  \n\n\n\nDoe mee aan onze workshop en ontdek een technologie die we elke dag gebruiken\, vaak zonder het te merken.  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWat is computer vision?  \n\n\n\nComputer vision helpt computers om beelden en video’s te begrijpen. Het helpt machines om objecten\, mensen\, bewegingen en patronen te herkennen.  \n\n\n\nWaar gebruiken we het? Het zit zelfs in je broekzak!   \n\n\n\nWaarschijnlijk vaker dan je denkt. Het zit in beveiligingscamera’s\, deurbellen met video\, verkeerssystemen en zelfrijdende auto’s. Maar ook in je mobiele telefoon.   \n\n\n\nMet computervisie kunnen computers auto’s herkennen\, mensen tellen\, en voorwerpen onderscheiden. In de zorg helpt het ook met het herkennen van ziektes.  \n\n\n\nWat gaan we doen?  \n\n\n\nTijdens deze interactieve bijeenkomst ontdek je de basis van computervisie. Je ziet voorbeelden uit het dagelijks leven. Leert hoe deze systemen werken. En ontdekt wat er achter de technologie zit.  \n\n\n\nWe onderzoeken hoe een computer leert om een gezicht\, fiets of auto te herkennen. Ook bespreken we een belangrijke vraag: wat betekent dit eigenlijk voor ons dagelijks leven?  \n\n\n\nDeze workshop wordt gegeven door ginger coons\, onderzoeker bij Hogeschool Rotterdam en de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.   \n\n\n\nMeld je snel aan! \n\n\n\nKun je niet?
