SUMMARY:Responsible AI Roundtable
DESCRIPTION: Festival AI Hype\, Hope & Humanity\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nHow do we make AI work for people? What happens when convenience comes at the cost of human agency? And how do we turn responsible AI into meaningful action? \n\n\n\nOn 1 October\, we are bringing together a group of professionals – leaders\, experts\, and emerging talent – for a Responsible AI Roundtable addressing these and other related questions. \n\n\n\nDuring the discussion\, we will be translating academic insights and principles into meaningful\, value-creating practice. The roundtable conversations are part of the AI Hype\, Hope & Humanity Festival. The morning will feature keynote contributions from Auke Kuiper (NVIDIA) and Anke den Ouden (formerly Microsoft)\, followed by the interactive sessions hosted by leading researchers in the AI domain. \n\n\n\nIn smaller group settings\, participants will dive into real-world dilemmas that arise when AI is increasingly embedded in organisations and society. Challenges from amongst others healthcare\, industry\, the public sector\, energy\, and the port are brought to the table. \n\n\n\nTogether\, we will cover responsibility\, human agency\, trust\, inclusion and value creation\, moving beyond principles to consider what responsible AI looks like when applied in practice. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n \n Date\n October 1\, 2026\n \n \n\n \n \n Time\n 9:00-13:30\n \n \n\n \n \n Location\n \nDe Doelen\n\n \n \n \n\n\n\nThis is an invite-only event\, and seats are limited.
